Like, ...I wonder if a manipulative goal would help? Like, for every outing you take him on that he has good control, he gets a block or something to put in a jar. When he collects so many blocks or whatever, he gets a predetermined something special -- or, you all get something so he rewards the whole family. After each reward, you increase the number of blocks it takes to get the next one. ??? Also, does he do the same stuff when Jim is with you or when just Jim has them?Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05010606755195925210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3051082863784935129.post-1834335384785951792012-04-19T07:55:36.016-07:002012-04-19T07:55:36.016-07:00People will always judge. She throws fits over shoes not being tied to her liking, if she gets 1 drop of water on her clothes they must be changed. Her plate has to face a certain way. Been there done it carrying a screaming child (or two) out of a store. Hang in there.......CML72https://www.blogger.com/profile/07215609854366860255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3051082863784935129.post-24625799286824700282012-04-19T06:47:23.523-07:002012-04-19T06:47:23.523-07:00Oh Marisa, I had no idea it was this extreme. I...Oh Marisa, I had no idea it was this extreme. I'm so sorry. Don't ever doubt yourself as a mother. You're a wonderful mother...your kids are so smart and so kind, they're amazing and you're doing a great job! I hope it's just a phase that he's going through and I'll pray that it's nothing serious! I think you're right about him being so much like you. He's just unable to sort through or keep up with everything going through his head. I'm sure it's extremely overwhelming for an almost 3yo.
And that a$$hole at TRU...I believe in karma. What a jerk. Thank goodness for the awesome employees and manager there!!!
I wish there was something I could do to help you out! ♥Angelanoreply@blogger.com
